Today i gona show you how to do push-ups with perfect form.so,without wasting time lets get started. 

How to do a perfect pushup. 

STEP 1:- get into the pushup position. 

STEP 2:- place your hands shoulder width apart. 

STEP 3 :- protrect your shoulders as shown In the video. 

STEP 4:- engage your core and tighten your legs. 

STEP 5:- slowly go down to ground, and come up. 


HOW TO PROGRESS TO DO PUSHUPS. 

STEP 1:- hold the perfect pushup position                  60sec.

STEP 2:- perform shoulder taps as shown in the vedio 3sets Of 20reps.

STEP 3:- do 4sets of 20reps knee pushups every day.
